How do you ship your packages?
All orders are shipped discreetly via Canada Post Xpresspost™. Every shipment includes a tracking number sent by email once dispatched. Packaging is plain and unbranded — no reference to Valerian Peptides on the exterior. Your privacy is our priority.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our facility in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Cut-off time is 1:00 PM ET for same-day dispatch.
Estimated delivery times:
• Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days
• Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 3–5 business days
• Atlantic Canada & territories: 4–7 business days
How much does shipping cost?
FREE shipping on all Canadian orders over $99 CAD.
Orders under $99 CAD have a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.00 CAD.

What will my package look like?
All shipments are 100% discreet — plain box or padded mailer with no branding, logos, or reference to peptides on the exterior. The sender name on the label is intentionally generic.

How do I pay by Interac e-Transfer?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with our e-Transfer recipient address. Log into your online banking, send the exact order total, and include your order number as the message. Orders paid by e-Transfer are processed within 1–2 business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM ET).
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly for same-day dispatch. Contact us at support@valerianpeptide.ca as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if the order hasn’t been packed yet.
What is your refund and return policy?
All sales are final once an order has shipped. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.

Who can purchase products from Valerian Peptides?
Our products are intended exclusively for qualified researchers, scientists, and professionals engaged in legitimate laboratory research. You must be a Canadian resident and 19 years of age or older. By purchasing, you confirm these requirements and that products will be used strictly for in-vitro research.
Are your products for human use?
No. All products are strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not approved by Health Canada for human or veterinary use and must not be administered to humans or animals under any circumstances.
How should I store my peptides?
Lyophilised (unopened): Store at −20°C, away from light and moisture. Stable for 12–24 months.
Reconstituted: Store at 2–8°C (refrigerator) and use within 4–6 weeks. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

What purity level are your peptides?
All products are manufactured to a minimum purity of ≥99% as verified by HPLC and Mass Spectrometry. Each batch COA is published on the product page so you can verify results independently.
Is bacteriostatic water required?
Yes. All products are supplied as lyophilised powder and must be reconstituted with pharmaceutical-grade Bacteriostatic Water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) before research use. We carry Bacteriostatic Water (30ml) in our catalogue.
